A potluck is a gathering of people where each person of group of people may contribute a dish of food, to be shared among the group.
Personally, I think potluck is one way to develop close fellowship with friends and relatives, co-workers and even neighbors. This is the best time to share experiences, laugh and have fun together.
In my office, we will arrange potluck activity once in a while depends on our schedule and occasion such as farewell, birthdays and etc.
First, the host (that will be Ms. Fiza) will set a time and date for co-workers to bring their favorite dishes to the office. Second, she will send email invitation. Whoever wants to participate will reply together with their list of menus. We don't want to risk the chance that all guests will bring only desserts etc. Third, don't forget that someone needs to be responsible for beverages. Finally, we need to inform the kitchen helper, Kak Shila and Kak Diana so they will dig out extra serving platters, baskets, and utensils before the potluck starts.
Tada! Now we are ready for partay! Hehe. It's just simple arrangement and no hassle.
Ok enough with words, let's check out the menus!
